Return and Refund Policy
At Vandic, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from our webshop, calculated from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the item.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous statement within 14 days indicating your wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can send your notification to:

You may also use our standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
It is not sufficient to simply fail to pick up the package or refuse receipt without clearly notifying us at the same time that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

In the case of a standard withdrawal, you must arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Vandic does not offer return labels for withdrawals. You must hand over the item to a carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipments from abroad (EU) may take longer (typically 6-8 business days) to reach us.
The item must be securely packaged for return. Since copper is a heavy material, it is important that the packaging is robust enough for transport. You bear the risk for the item during the return shipment until it is received by us. We therefore always recommend that you send the package with tracking (insurance) so you have proof of shipment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. All Vandic bars are delivered in protective foil to limit exposure to air, moisture, and oxidation, and to preserve the product's condition.
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the payments received from you (excluding the return shipping costs). We will refund the amount without undue delay after we have received the returned item and inspected its condition. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. Please note that we may deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the item is diminished (e.g., due to damage to the product). We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Complaints (Warranty) A 2-year right of complaint applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for all customers in the EU. If you receive an incorrect item, a defective item, incorrect engraving, incorrect weight, or an item that has been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vandic.dk with your order number, a description of the problem, and preferably photos.
If the complaint is justified, we will cover the reasonable and necessary costs associated with the return shipping.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, including items with custom engraving or other special customization.
