Terms of Service
1. General These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on vandic.dk. When you complete a purchase with Vandic I/S, you accept these terms and conditions as well as the policies applicable at the time of ordering, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

3. Products Vandic sells metal bars, including copper bars and potentially other metals. We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but minor differences in color, finish, and engraving may occur due to the nature of the material. Product images are for indicative purposes.
4. Prices All prices on the webshop are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be displayed in various currencies depending on your location (e.g., DKK, EUR, SEK, etc.). Any shipping costs will be stated separately at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, including obvious pricing errors.
5. Ordering and Contract Conclusion The agreement is binding once the order is completed at checkout. You will then receive an electronic order confirmation. The agreement can be concluded in Danish or English. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or obvious errors.
6. Payment We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is only captured when the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise stated for custom-made items.
7. Delivery We deliver to Denmark (1-3 business days) and selected EU countries (6-8 business days). The risk for the goods passes to you when you or a designated third party has physically received the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds See our full Return and Refund Policy here: https://vandic.dk/policies/refund-policy. Please note that the customer bears the costs for return shipping.
9. Complaints (Warranty) A 2-year right of complaint applies under the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act for all customers in the EU. Contact us immediately at info@vandic.dk in case of defects or transport damage.
10. Liability and Force Majeure Vandic I/S is not liable for delays beyond our control (force majeure). This does not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property Rights All content on the webshop belongs to Vandic I/S and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution If you wish to complain, please first contact us at info@vandic.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with:

14. Changes and Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. We may update these continuously, and the applicable version is always the one online at the time of ordering.
