Shipping Policy

At Vandic, we strive to deliver your goods quickly and safely. We ship to all of Denmark and all countries within the European Union (EU).

Processing Time For items in stock, the normal processing time is 1-3 business days before the order is shipped. For items with custom engraving, the processing time may be extended by up to 2 additional business days.

Shipping and Rates We use recognized courier services (e.g., GLS in Denmark). Shipping methods and exact rates are calculated automatically and will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time (after shipping):

 - Denmark: 1-3 business days.

 - EU countries: 6-8 business days.

Delays All delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to transport conditions and other factors beyond our direct control. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Risk and Delivery The risk for the goods passes to you only when the goods have come into your physical possession or the possession of a third party designated by you (other than the carrier).

Damaged Goods If the packaging or the item is visibly damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours at info@vandic.dk with photos of both the package (exterior) and the item itself.

If the damage is only discovered after opening, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend doing so within 5 business days of receipt to provide us with the best opportunity to document the damage to the carrier and process your case quickly. These deadlines are set to facilitate documentation against the shipping company and do not limit your legal rights.
